How long is shipping (Domestic United States)
Do you ship Overseas?
Yes, we currently ship to Canada, Europe, South Africa, South America and the Carribean Islands.

How much is shipping (Domestic U.S.)
Shipping and handling is free for orders of 1lb or less to all shipping addresses in the United States.
Orders of weighing more than 1lb will have a shipping fee included.
Priority Shipping is availabe for all orders.
Do you ship individual orders overseas?
Yes, we utilize DHL Express and UPS to ship worldwide.

What shipping carrier do you use?
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for smaller orders and United Parcel Service (UPS) for larger orders.
We use DHL Express and FedEx for shipments to Europe and Canada.
Returns
Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns are only available for order shipped to United States addresses. Returns are not available for orders shipped outside the United States.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 48 hours.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will send Pre Paid shipping labels for all returns from our website. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please send tracking for all returns. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Do you accept used or opened returns?
