Do not put a Band-Aid over the patch test per CDC. Always do a patch test for 24-48 hours prior to use to check for irritation, redness or any adverse reaction. Directions for Use

Untangle hair. Wet the hair. Apply a generous amount onto hands, Massage into hair cleansing the hair 1-2 shampoos. Follow with our Ashley Marie Moisturizing Shampoo, Conditioner, and Leave-in conditioner.

I ordered the clarifying shampoo and the hydrating conditioner was sent. There is no contact information for the manufacturer to get this corrected.

I eventually found the email address to get this issue corrected, I am currently awaiting the shampoo. That is why this product received 5 stars. I'm excited to try everything, I will come back with an update!
